Farmers Market

Cheers to Saturday 🥂and little adventures close to home! For our 7th Anniversary {which we celebrated early} we stayed right here in Fort Wayne and caught up on fun things we haven’t done in a while!  Thanks to my mom for keeping Grayson we had the weekend to just the two of us.

The morning started out with rain gear

and a trip to the Farmer’s Market. We have never made time for the local markets and can I just say, “WE’VE BEEN MISSING OUT!”  They had a much larger selection than expected with great produce, flowers, unique finds and of course the food trucks!

Grant tried this truck– with a breakfast quesadilla for the win

and bought me some fun gladiolus💋

A friend had been telling me about the donut truck and so I had to try it out…

the Almond Croissant was delish!!🥐

It was such a fun morning in the rain!

Next, we went to the meat market, another place we never make it to together.😂 {Grant loved picking out some favorite cuts!}

A matinée movie at the theatre was next–we hadn’t made time to go together since before Grayson was born.  Ocean’s 8 was our choice of the day and if you haven’t seen it you should watch it, so good!👌🏼

The rain cleared up for a couple of hours and we made our way to the pool!

The evening ended with dinner at an old favorite, Chops Wine Bar.

Spending time with Grant was amazing and I look forward to celebrating many more years to come🥂

{Until next time, Stay Classy}
