Martha’s Vineyard & Nantucket {Part 2}

Nothing like {Part 2} a year and half later😜
Nantucket is always a good idea, so let’s sail there today!

If you missed Part 1, it’s here.

We ferried to Nantucket for the rest of our week! The ferry trip was magical☀️We were the only passengers outside, so the boys roamed anywhere they pleased!

Boating into Nantucket Harbor is breathtaking! The New England, salt-washed, shake cottages; the pristine sail boats, and the peaceful flags swaying in the wind are opulent sites.

We docked and had finally made it to Nantucket! I get so excited just thinking about it!! We loved sharing this adorable place with the little Gs.

We settled in and made a dash for the beach to watch sunset. The sun was setting quickly but we tried our luck with grabbing a picnic dinner before we arrived. We were a hot mess😅 So many fun selections at the local grocery and not enough time! We grabbed way too much and had what felt like a minute of sunset😂 Oh well, we enjoyed our dinner in the dark!

The rest of the week looked a little like this!

A morning sail with my peeps👌🏼

A beach afternoon at Children’s Beach

We ended with dinner at Straight Wharf. This charming, rustic-chic dining room is oh so tiny and lively!

and an island favorite, this fun ice cream shoppe🍦

A morning run, down the cutest cobblestone streets😍

Grant had a work meeting, so I took the gs to the Whaling museum. Perfect for a rainy Nantucket day!

Dinner at The White Elephant, always a cute evening on the patio—even when it’s pouring!

A late night drive to the east end of the island to see Sankaty Head Lighthouse. We had a few laughs!

Another afternoon, a different beach, why not go fishing?!

Dinner on the patio at or, The Whale and scenic strolls down the red brick streets!

Our last morning on the island

Once we arrived back in Hyannis, MA we grabbed our vehicle and drove the coast north towards Boston.

Plymouth, MA

Boston, MA

We were the definition of a tourist, jumping on that red tour bus for a quick lap around the city!

To wrap up the night we had dinner at a this fabulous Little Whale oyster bar.

So thankful for this time with our little fam🤍
