What we are eating
We recently found a new favorite Sushi place in East Lansing– Maru Sushi. This food was so yummy and full of amazing flavor! The perfect work-date night!

What I’m Reminiscing About
I’m definitely day dreaming about our recent getaway to Turks & Caicos🌴 We had the best time– it was such a relaxing vacation! All of the fun will be coming soon, but until then here is a snap from the vacation.
What I’m Loving
I am absolutely loving these summer finds!
Monogrammed Toucan Hat: I seriously wore that hat everywhere on vacation–plane, pool, beach, activities! I love having a little extra shade cover on my face and it has held up well even after getting wet! Off-the-shoulder Romper— so comfy and easy! Grayson’s hat–he loves the whale 🐳 which makes it an incentive to actually keep the hat on, ha!
What We’ve Been Up To
We had a great Memorial Weekend. Grayson and I started it off at Potterybarn— he was thrilled to be shopping for red, white, & blue decor🇺🇸
We headed to Indy for the weekend where we stayed at my sister’s, had a family pool party Saturday at my soon-to-be sister-in-law’s house, and another pool party Sunday while the guys went to the Indy 500.
Grayson woke up sick on Memorial Day, so we stayed home (Grant worked). Grayson and I “attempted” to make lemonade–he wasn’t feeling good and the lemons were just a little too sour🍋
What I’m Dreading
I’d say the hit or miss sunny days as we come into summer here in Michigan. Grant’s uncle told us to enjoy all 2 days of summer when we moved here! #itsnojoke 😂
